Navon

Bike navigation

Just navigation

The app does one thing: guides you on a bike. It doesn’t track your commute, doesn’t show ads, doesn’t push a subscription, and doesn’t mine your location history. It’s just a navigation tool.

Why not Google Maps?

Google Maps - Suggest the route next to 4 lane high speed street
Navon - Local router, HSL, suggests bike paths entirely separate from car traffic

Most navigation apps are built for cars. They optimise for the fastest arrival time and usually shortest path. But on a bike, the direct route is rarely the best one. You might like to take a bit longer and ride a nicer route.

Navon uses routers that prioritise better bike paths, green paths, and generally provide special routing for bikes.

Open for collaboration
